Our founder and creative director
Gus D.W. founded JXNOLOGY in 2022, while contemplating how they could positively impact youth programming. At first, they focused on directing and coordinating local youth programs, until they realized that program providers need training and community that was influenced and approved by directly-impacted and POC youth
The Four C's
Our focus on Comprehension, Creativity, Community, and Confidence provides a framework for building effective and impactful programming that addresses the needs of young people. By focusing on these four areas, we provide young people with the tools and resources they need to succeed, while fostering a sense of community and creative expression that helps them achieve their full potential.
